You can ask Afterburner Systems to delete your data at any time. This page explains how, including how to disconnect advertising accounts (Meta, Google Ads, or TikTok) from Afterburner Ads. For the full details of what we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.
Email info@afterburnersystems.com with the subject line "Data deletion request" and include:
We confirm your request within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity first, and we may keep limited records where the law requires it (for example, billing records).
Once access is removed, we can no longer read or change your ad accounts or Pages. Email us to also delete the data we already hold.
When you disconnect a platform or ask us to delete your workspace, we delete from Afterburner Ads:
Campaigns that already ran stay in your ad account, since you own it. Meta, Google, and TikTok keep their own records under their own privacy policies.
If you filled out a lead form on an ad run by one of our clients and want your information deleted, email info@afterburnersystems.com with the business name and the phone number or email you used. We will delete it from our systems and tell the business to delete it from theirs.
